WHEELZ Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of proof of delivery. All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging. Return shipping is the Buyer's responsibility.

All electrical parts are excluded from this Return Policy, and the returned item(s) cannot be disassembled or damaged from installation. Electrical motors and controllers are not returnable under any circumstances. Custom seats, seat cushions, or any custom orders are not returnable, as they are delivered specifically per order. Doubletake track enclosures and body kits are not returnable, unless damaged in shipping or defective.

Non-warranty returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% in addition to cost of original shipping charges. 

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email Service@wheelzllc.com for a return authorization. Returns without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.

If your package arrives damaged please report it to us immediately. For truck freight (LTL), ifyour package arrives damaged, please  refuse delivery of the package or write "damaged" on the Bill of Lading and report it to us within 24 hours. There will be no exceptions as freight companies have strict rules regarding claims.
