WHEELZ Return Policy

We hate that you don't love it, but we are happy to accept returns on most parts, under most circumstances.

Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of proof of delivery. All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging. Return shipping is the Buyer's responsibility. All electrical parts are excluded from this Return Policy, and the returned item(s) cannot be disassembled or damaged from installation. Electrical motors and controllers are not returnable under any circumstances. Custom seats, seat cushions, or any custom orders are not returnable, as they are delivered specifically per order.

If you would like to return or exhange an item, please email Service@wheelzllc.com for return information. Returns without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.
If your package arrives damage, please report it to us immediately or refuse delivery of the package.
